It was on a DJ Premier mixtape from the mid-'90s (AKA the the golden age of rap). Dopest spoken word on hip hop you'll ever here (probably)and miles ahead of its time, or at least just as relavant to today's climate.
Sadly, from his recent writings in the village voice, Greg Tate isn't too fond of hip hop anymore. Can you blame the old guy?
